Many of our campsites in France are within a few hours drive of a ferry port and are ideal for families with young children who want to keep travelling times to a minimum!

Often a longer ferry crossing to a port nearer your destination is more practical thank taking a cheaper, short sea crossing such as Dover to Calais. Even if the ferry is a little more expensive, you have used less fuel and benefit from driving less hours.
